Hotel Paras Palace

Rooms are not clean. There was dust everywhere on the floor. Hotel is on the 4th floor and the lift was not working on the tome of our check in. We had to carry our 2 big baggages to the 4 th floor by stairs. The staff did not help us.

Visited hotel in Dec. Hotel Manager completely lacks hospitality. He talks with you the way he is doing a favor with angry faces and zero courtesy. We stayed as a group.||Many rooms were seen hot water not coming. Stayed on 4th Floor. ||Specially talking with ladies manager misbehaved. I never seen such hotel managers.Before formal check out, his service boys entered the room and started cleaning the room. Families were not prepared for that and before leaving wanted to ensure everything has collected from room. He started yelling at ladies we don't take things of customers and like that quiet exaggeratedly. I was very shocked seeing such unruly manager. ||Guys if you don't want to spoil your vacation or get your guest insulted, please avoid !

Good and comfortable place to stay especially if we are going to Apolo hospital international Bhat Gandhinagar Ahmedabad for treatment, the nearby hotels are costly. Cooperative and courteous staff. Washroom needs upgradation. Barely seven kilometres from the said hospital.

My booking denied & wrost service waste of money Rudely behavior of staff Night 1AM electricity supply off. But not available backup generator/power backup 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Strongly sugggest do not stay here

A very dingy & damp place. Linens and washrooms weren't clean, AC wasn't working either. Walls and other corners has torn off paint marks. Avoid a stay here unless given for less than 500Rs a night.

Very bad experience at hotel Rude behaviour and bad staff Room are also not good Dirty bathroom NEVER VISIT AGAIN
