Hotel Accolade

We visited Hotel Accolade for dinner and opted for their buffet. Unfortunately, they didn’t serve macaroni that night because their oven had broken down, so they offered a white sauce pasta instead. Sadly, the pasta was tasteless. On the brighter side, some buffet items like the kebabs, chaat, and soup were delicious. However, I wasn’t very impressed with the main course. The dessert was just ice cream, which was a bit underwhelming. On a positive note, the staff was super speedy and attentive, and they also offered Jain food options, which is great for those who need it. Overall, it was a mixed experience.

The rooms were neat and tidy. The hospitality offered right from reception to check out has to be appreciated. The complimentary breakfast offered was not for name sake, had variety of options to choose. Accolade is more than 2-stared Hotel!

I would suggest ignoring staying at a hotel at this point of time. Renovation work is going on which makes it a bit dusty stay. Rooms are small and the location is good. Food and service is good.

A very good 3 star property at a very strategic location. The rooms are aesthetically done and maintained well. The check out timing is unusual though.

Decent rooms, rather small. We had put an extra bed for kids, and there was not much room to move around. However, service was good. Breakfast spread could be better. Location is nice, very near to Law Market.

The Rooms (R.No.409) are such that the toilets of each room is in proximity of the next rooms bedside. Whenever your neighborhood uses the toilet the bad smell of his poop and pee diffuse into your room and give the experience of sleeping in a public toilet at a busy bus station. This happened to me in midnight that very pungent bad smell started covering the whole room and caused nausea to me. I was so tired that couldn't afford to get up and call the reception and tried to resolve the by myself issue by opening the main door of the room and could sleep hardly that night. I reported the issue to the reception in the early morning but they didnt agree and didnt support me , rather they denied that no other customers have ever raised such type of issue. We opted to check out im 2 hours before the due time and even didnt had the complimentary breakfast today because of such treatment we received here. we shall opt for consumer care help for our discomfort. Kindly avoid this type of hotels. Such people fool the customers and everything whi h matters to them is only money.

Recently been to the hotel. A small but a very decent and truly family hotel. The services overall is very good. Food is great. All staff are courteous and especially Shivam the manager at the desk is a very efficient and dedicated person. He is always eager to help the guests. A highly recommended hotel in Ahmedabad to stay

Wonderful experience my family and I had during our recent stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the well-maintained washroom. Staff's prompt and efficient service added to our overall satisfaction. Considering the reasonable pricing and the excellent overall experience we had, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a short stay of 1-2 days.
