Super Collection O Hotel Alpha One

I had 2 bookings at Alpha One on OYO 1st: for 2 nights and 2nd: for 1 night, However when i reached the hotel premises it was not clean and appropriate for family and only suitable for couple one nights stands from its premises it operates in. Hence i did not stay at all and had to look for other hotels at midnight When i contacted the Alpha one hotel next day for cancellation of 1 night booking out of 2, theY asked to contact OYO,However there was no option on chat/call with oyo that could help with the cancellation or to help me consider any other option. Lost 3300 total without stay.

Hotel is good on 7th floor in a commercial complex. Ambiance is good. But service is bit slow no room cleaning done in 2 days water was given after asked.

Pathetic hotel. They declined me check in despite my booking confirmation through oyo. The hotel wanted to charge 1800 however price on oyo was 1100. There better hotels here on other floor.

I booked through AGODA with breakfast included but they refused to provide the same. Also the hotel was not in the name of "Collection O Hotel" and photos on the website are different.

הזמנתי חדר דרך אגודה , כשהגעתי לקבלה הפקיד היה מאוד לא נחמד ואמר לי שאין הזמנה כשהוא בקושי יודע אנגלית ולא באמת ניסה להסביר היה מאוד לא מנומס לאחר שעתיים בערך נכנסו לחדר במבט ראשוני נראה נקי ויפה (אין נוף ) בבוקר התעוררנו כשכל המיטה נמלים היה נמלים בכל מקום אני לא ממליצה על המקום !! אין כלום מסביב למלון רק מעט מסעדות עם אוכל לא טעים .

I booked a room through Aguda, when I arrived at reception the clerk was very unkind and told me there was no reservation when he barely knows English and didn't really try to explain was very impolite After about two hours they entered the room, at first glance it looked clean and beautiful (no view) In the morning we woke up with ants all over the bed and there were ants everywhere I do not recommend the place!! There is nothing around the hotel, only a few restaurants with unpalatable food.
