HOTEL ROYAL PLATINUM

The rooms were not cleaned properly. There were hair from previous stay guests and cockroach where roaming freely in the room. The toilet area was not cleaned properly. I paid 3500 per night just because it was the day of coldplay concert still not even basic hygiene was not maintained in the room. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Paste control needs. almost 30 cockrochs are there daily. Flush and hand shower not working properly. Although staff have good behavior. Rooms are clean. Location is best. Only needs paste control and some maintenance in bathrooms

Please always check room before booking, specially bathroom. I Booked hotel on phone, came on hotel midnight around 12:30am. Normally room was looking fine, I went for bath, shower was not working for hot water.used Shampoo shashe were in bathroom. Too much Hairs in bathroom. So first check room.
