Hotel Asopalav

Worst experience. Staff does not know how to behave , boy named narayan was at reception , he was not bothered for check in process when i arrived , i had to tell that i have a booking and he was like we dont have any rooms . Finally after showing booking and all i was given a room . After that AC remote was not available and when i asked for the remote narayan told me we dont have remote and also there is no switch to turn off or turn on the ac in the room . Pathetic . He told that you can tell me abd i will turn off the ac when you want from the main mcb of hotel . What kind of system is this? When i told that i need the remote he told its not available and you can go to your room nothing will be done for it and started shouting that i ll do your check out on exact time , will not allow a delay of 5 mins also . What kind of attitude is this for a hotel recepention guy ?? Never ever visit this place. Also its on 4th floor and the lift was not working, when i called reception he told that its not our problem . Had to climb 4 floors for it.
