demanded extra cash and did not let us in around 11pm late evening.very bad and rude behavior, not as all professional and hospitality. dont go here, guys. the staff is not at all welcoming. also, blankets were smelly, and there was no proper room. after complaining with goibibo, they made us wait for 1-2 hrs. it was a terrible experience.

Not recommend for any one, don't go their its not safe for us, Manager demand extra charge after booking, you are not pay for extra money hotel staff not allowed to check-in. I have booked hotel for three days but hotel staff not allowed to check in me. Staff behavior is so bad, not supporting. Manager talk to very rudely behaviors. Hotel completely frod. Manager told me you guys booked online so that's your problem. EDHER RAHNA HAI TO EXTRA PAISA DENA PADEGA.

The behavior of the staff is not good or whether extra charge was made even after having an online paid book which is against the legal law. The booking side has given them authority without reading the policy of the booking side. What happened to me was difficult.

Manager asked me to pay offline, also he charged me almost double than an amount shown in site, oyo should terminates this kind of room service. Rooms where not same as shown also they were running PG with their room service, I am using word room service because there were nothing like Hotel

Pathetic service from OYO. Complete mess up in the booking. What was booked on the website and also confirmed by OYO by email was not showing up on hotel system. Had to pay twice the amount on the spot to keep the room. OYO has not responded to complaint and neither refunded the excess amount paid. Stay away from OYO.

Very Bad Experience, When I reached hotel, the hotel owner refused to give room on Oyo price which I already paid online while booking, he demanded ₹700 extra money, he said charges are like that Oyo gave you discount, they are in conflict with Oyo, and when I was trying to connect with Oyo helpline for complaining about this, Oyo helpline number was not reachable, finally I had to pay extra money for the room. The room condition was also not good, it was smelly, the ac was also broken. Really pathetic experience.
