Hotel Terrazzo Suites

This is the twice that I stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The accommodations were excellent, with clean and hygienic rooms that made the stay very comfortable. The staff were polite, professional, and always ready to assist, which added a personal touch to the overall experience. One standout feature is the hassle-free check-in and check-out process, which made the entire stay smooth and stress-free. The food was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit every palate. **Pros:** The hotel is well-designed and spacious. **Cons:** This place is an absolute nightmare in terms of maintenance. The entire building and rooms filled with a foul, fungal smell with zero ventilation, especially in the bathrooms. Every walls of my room is full of seepage. One side of the Spring of the Bed mattresses was also broken, when you sit you will fall inside, you can’t sleep. The bath fittings are rusted, and there's barely any water coming out of the shower. Landline phones wasn’t working in my room. On top of that, they charge ₹300 per hour for early check-in. You can easily find spit marks on every plant and pots in the common terrace area, and it remains uncleaned. This is by far the dirtiest hotel I've ever encountered. **Bottom line:** Stay away. Visit at your own risk.

I stayed here for 2 nights. property looks good from outside, bit it is old and rooms and not good from inside, seling of washroom was opened, it was smelling like drainage in the room as soon i entered. NOW service if you request for water or something they will take atlest 20 minutes. and i told them to start TV but no one was bother to do firtst night i call to reception and after again to room service guy and then on second night i called reception they send one staff he told i will get the recharge done, but no one did after sone time i again called reception he told i will do it in 5 minutes, Again no one DID, Better to stay in DHARAMSHALA then to stay here.

Poor service, no test in food, TV remote is not working, as they showing a balcony on internet. it is not looking like same.. it's only window. AC is not working, Extra charge on all the foods and water and cold drinks. never stay there guys.

For rs 2000 per night . I have checked 8 other rooms but. They were in same condition. Not cleaned looks like never been cleaned for many months.

As a frequent visitor of ahmedabad, i stay at various hotels, some are good, some are decent but i must say this one was horrible, 3000 for that small room filled with cheapest thing possible, with so much low maintained balcony which i think i couldn't use due door was stucked, and if that's not enough, i waited half hour at reception at 2 am coz door to my room isn't opening, at one time me receptionist and some other girl was sitting there coz he said worker is gone outside for tea break, fck that was awkward, Allright thats from my side, only book this hotel if you want to screw your day to the bottoms.

Pathetic service -No information about the geyser or hot water. -unwashed electric water kettle, called receptionist and still no actions were taken. -seemed like they did not change the bedsheets and blanket after use. Get your shit packed and book another hotel guys.

We had the worst experience at this property. A guest from beside our room fakes a noise complaint at us without any reasons telling to stay quit or else he will complain it at the reception this was worst experience i ever had at this hotel. Air conditioner was also not working properly and they don’t had any other room with good air conditioning facility . i suggest not to stay here as they don’t give a good facility regarding hotel stay at all .
