OYO 949 Hotel Malhar INN

The room was clean but the drinking water was not clean. When the water was ordered, the room service boy brought the bottled water from the place which was garbage. When the booking was done online payment, we asked to do a booking cancle and payment was made to the hotel. I booked a room for 1700 / - but later I had to give 2400 / - for the same room. Apart from that breakfast was inculed towards OYO but they did not serve. Please don’t Book this hotel on OYO and other online platforms.

I have booked this hotel online through goibibo and made the online payment but when I reached hotel on 19th Feb, 2020 they denied me giving the room mentioning that they have some payment related issues with OYO; despite of Oyo called them on same morning (which I verified from oyo) they did not even bother to call me and inform that that they have canceled by booking and not going to give me room. I was very annoyed and irritated but the manager on duty was even not listen anything and was asking me more money to give room. So finally I left the hotel without checking in. Please do not go to this hotel ever; location is also not good, hotel is also not maintained and staff was worst

Experience is not far better. As I booked the classic 2x for my guest and they have alloted small room instead of classic 2x and shown my booking cancelled of classic 2x and that information I got from the sms, as registered mobile number i have given of myself. Whereas my relative have alloted small room and they have checked inn. So it's only reception staff person activity that they cancelled my booking and alloted classic 2x room to another person which I have booked for my guest and alloted them small room

I am having the worst experience with this hotel. The room provided to me is not worth for money. Really it was a meserable and very untidy room. The paint was coming out from the walls.You can not order food from outside, you need to buy from the. In short they are not customer friendly.

Hello Guys, i request to all of you That DON'T GO TO HOTEL MALHAR INN This place is not safe for COUPLES And FAMILY. There is happening some ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES SO BE CAREFULL. Their Staff is also Doesn't have MANNER TO TALK with Customers. They have Charged Is not 1000 RS ONLY FOR WAITING FOR ROOM. THANK YOU

Bakwas Hotel And bakwas Owners because when oyo shows me 752Rs. He want 850Rs From me And he was telling that don't book from oyo you have to pay 850Rs Other wise we don't have rooms. And Oyo shows me this price for one day and he want more money from me and He give us room for only 4 Hours. Never ever want to go there again😠
