Increase charges even after pre booking. They should understand , there is a specific contract when a person books a property at a price! Making small profit but giving them tarnished image in long time! Glad I didn’t choose this hotel ! Treebo club is worthless for not taking care of this!!!

This isn't a hotel its like dharmshala. Rooms, reception, corridor all r in poor condition. There are insects in the bathroom. There were no manager no cook. No proper kitchen n dinning. Highway guest House is batter than this so called TREEBO CLUB hotel. We paid 1500 and got service like 500. Kindly don't book by watching reviews.

Dirty rooms, not maintained well. Rooms are not clean. We found waste substance under the bed. No proper water supply in some rooms, the flag is not working properly. Bad food, bad toilets and poor hygiene. Not at all satisfying :) Please improve. 19th August 2024

I recently stayed at this hotel for a night and had a mixed experience. Starting with the positive aspects, the staff here is very cooperative. Special mention to Mr. Harshil and Mr. Karan, who did their best to serve and make my stay more comfortable. Their efforts are truly commendable. Room: However, the property is quite old and in need of significant maintenance. The room, including the washroom and bedroom, showed signs of aging. The bathroom was clean, but its condition was not up to the mark due to the property's age. The beds were old and made noise whenever I moved. Additionally, the AC remote wasn't working, which added to the inconvenience. Restaurant: The restaurant situation was quite disappointing. Despite being informed that there was a restaurant downstairs, it turned out to be a non-vegetarian only establishment. I ordered a basic peanut chaat, which never arrived, adding to my frustration. Breakfast: The breakfast options were very limited, offering only poha, upma, bread, butter, and tea. There were no additional items, and I was even denied a request for lemon as it was unavailable. Overall, while the staff's efforts were appreciated, the hotel's aging infrastructure and limited services impacted my stay. With some improvements, this hotel has the potential to offer a much better experience.

If I could give negative star, I would give it. Today morning we checked in. At that time itself, the conduct of the receptionist was very unbecoming. Inspite of booking the room and paying the rent in advance, he refused to give the room. When we showed the payment details, he at last gave a room. The room was very dirty. It was full of hair and the dustbin was also not cleaned. The bathroom and toilet were unclean and terrible. There was rat in the room. Though we complained, there was no response from the staff. At last we had to checkout within two hours. Very pathetic.

Very poor and filthy hotel. Insects in the bed. Further came to know they demanded additional 10000 rs from my distant known person for keeping the booking for the dates near coldplay. Pso k liye kitna niche jaoge

The place is like a cheap lodge with filthy bed sheets and absolutely not clean. I travelled solo but request you do not travel with your family. There was a group of 16 people staying in this hotel which was a family and they were totally regretting to stay but they had no option as they had booked. I booked seeing that its a treebo hotel and I totally do not trust the treebo brand. This hotel is a disgust for treebo, please do not book, I immedieatly checked out in an hour of stay and lost my money but it was soo bad that I did not want to stay at all. Also you have to make an advance payment if you book online. Totally not recommended

Waste of money. Never ever book this hotel. Lifts don’t work, cleaning is not there. Rooms are badly constructed. AC not working properly. Hygiene is almost zero. Avoid booking this place even though third party apps like Make my trip, goibibo etc recommends it.
