Golden Tulip

This we can call an average hotel, but the location makes it the center of attraction. Reception persons are mostly good and cooperative for senior citizens. The room service staff is helpful. The chef. makes good food. The only problem is that options for breakfasts are limited. The lift is comparatively small and also the bathroom and washrooms attached are quite small. Over all considering all points the price/day for rent is bit higher.

One of the worst hotel. Lots of cockroach, dirty washroom, dirty towels, small rooms , extra bed they give mattress fr putting on floor. Using name of 5 star and room not worth ₹600/day. Will not recommend to anyone.

Stayed for 2 days. Booked 2 king size rooms. Terrible experience. Switches for lights, fans, etc don't work. Room's door didn't have a lock.also the rooms just aren't spacious. Just would not recommend this place to anyone. Paid 15k plus for the 2 day stay for 2 rooms. Worst experience.

This hotel (if you can call it that) is your worst nightmare. Pictures speak louder than words. You can see for yourself. I booked the hotel through Goibibo which says this hotel belongs to the golden tulip chain of hotels; but I seriously doubt it. This place needs serious overhauling. The walls, ceilings, skirtings, biddings, furniture are all worn out. The room had a seepage smell and algae on the wall of the bathing area. I asked the manager to put me into the best room they had. They called it a suite because it has more space and a lounge chair; but it was worse than the room I was put in. The rooms don’t have any of the toilettes except bath gel and soap. The towels have rust and stains all over them. Even the breakfast is horrible.|Vijay Sharma, Manager is a soft spoken decent person; but I felt that either his concerns are not being taken seriously by the management; and even he is tired of it. ||My advice: please don’t be fooled by the golden tulip stamp. Spend another thousand and have a blissful stay at Binori hotel just across the road.

Hotel is okay, staff are very helpful & they provide services with a smile. Morning breakfast has buffet options & provides varities. Food is tasty. But few rooms are stingy & needs refurbishment. Wall cupboard is missing in rooms, which is important nowadays. Few linen materials were having patch marks. WiFi doesn't seem to work here. Overall satisfied if you can manage these small issues.

The photos on Google are old and not updated, rooms floor really need to be repair . No food is available for ur accomodation, they themselves order from other places and breakfast is served what they want . Not satisfied with these hotel at all , next time will go for Renniance Ahmedabad without hesitation.

Indeed my stay was huge in this hotel so got the chance to get to know the hotel inside out.||Very first thing is that management must think seriously to renovate this property. This property will definitely rock.|All staff working at hotel are great. Very helpful. For last few days of my visit I used to go work bit late and used to come back in room by 2 to 2.30 in the night. Whenever I used to call room service for food I used to get what I required. I would like to thank hotel for such a lovely staff.|In bathroom while taking shower water comes out in toilet area through door. Television sets in the room are placed so oddly that due to a glass on it all reflection of lights in behing me was all I can see in it. To watch television I had to switch off my all lights in room.
