Hotel Empire International

I booked this hotel through Oyo as photographs and location seemed good. However when I reached hotel it was all under construction. Reception was in bad shape. They allotted me a room on third floor. I had to walk all the way as lift was not working. The stairs as well as corridor was dirty. Looked like I was alone guest on that floor. They did not have restaurant in operation so the hotel arranged food for me from outside. Towels in washroom even were dirty. The only positive part was the room was good. It is better to avoid this hotel...

Located just opposite to railway station, near shital chowk in Bharuch. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is courteous but service is very slow, need several calls to front desk to get the things done. Food offered is okay, needs improvement. specially in the service part, the staff is untrained and limited quantity for breakfast.||If you need anything, you have to wait. The wifi is slow and strength is weak. Good place to stay in case you want to catch a train.

Very helpful nd cooperative staff. Food was too good. Room nd toilet were very clean. As a solo traveller I felt safe. Would recommend all. Thank you.

One of the worst hotels to stay. Firstly their central AC was not working. Then they started work on the main line in the middle of the afternoon, switching off the power supply. No AC, No Fan, No Power. The Set-Top Box connected to the TV was removed. So the TV was non-functional. Room wasn't swept, neither was the bathroom cleaned. Don't stay even for free...

Not a bad place to stay for a nightcap. But other than that the service is terrible. The tv didn't work and they said it wouldn't work as the DTH's recharge was over. And there is a restaurant which apparently just serves breakfast. Still it's a good place for a nightcap if you're just going to be sleeping and leaving the next morning. Other than that I'd recommend you don't waste your money.

Hotel is quite good, but lack of staff and Service. Bathrooms needs renovation, showers, Window and Towel hanger are broken. No hot water facility, no breakfast.

the place was more like ghost town situated in the heart of bharuch, just opposite the railway station. the place may be suffering from bad management because the cleanliness was low and the restaurants were inoperative.

Very decent rate and behind railway junction and clean place...Only draw is morning breakfast nothing available here except bread and jam...
