I had an extremely frustrating experience at Zing on October 5th, 2025. We passed the security check without any issues, and at multiple points throughout the venue, we asked if pets were allowed. We were repeatedly told it was fine to bring them in. I had a small 8 month old kitten in a closed travel carrier, and both the security at the gate and the receptionist assured us that pets were welcome. But shortly after settling in, my kitten started meowing. Within just 15 minutes, we were abruptly asked to take her outside and leave. To make the situation even more worse, we were told by the security that the car couldn't stay in the parking lot either, and we had to move it out of the premises entirely. If pets weren’t allowed, we should never have been cleared through security or told it was okay to bring her in. If they were allowed, then why were we suddenly asked to leave? It felt like we were misinformed at every stage, which made the entire experience feel completely unprofessional. On top of that, the food didn’t live up to expectations either. The kebabs were underwhelming and lacked flavor, though the soup was somewhat decent. For all these reasons, giving a 1-star rating. A disappointing experience overall.

We loved the hospitality from Rehaan from Restaurant. Thanks for serving such a great food. We ordered Thai food and manchurian for kid. With special guidelines, food preparation is nice and delicious. Awesome food and ambience.||We will come back soon with testing new segment in Zing restaurant for sure.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Bharuch for nearly two weeks, booking two rooms with the breakfast and dinner package at a cost of around INR 1.66 lakhs including the room service orders as well. While most of the stay was comfortable and the staff were otherwise excellent, the checkout experience left us ||insulted and extremely disappointed.||||Throughout the stay, we gave batches of laundry almost daily. However, we noticed that **several items—particularly whites and light-colored clothes—were not washed, only ironed, yet still billed**. Some garments came back with visible stains. The issue was raised with the team a day before checkout, photos were taken by housekeeping, and reception was informed. Despite this, when I followed up in person at 12 PM and again at 1 PM, no resolution was offered.||||The real disappointment was in how **Mr. Gaurav, the Front Office Manager,** handled the matter. As we were already late for checkout and rushing to catch a flight from Ahmedabad (three hours away), he came to our room, and I had to explain the issue for the sixth time and show the stained clothes again. His demeanor suggested disbelief, as though I were not being truthful. In the end, he removed charges for only ||three shirts (₹450 + tax), despite the earlier complaint covering multiple garments.||||This token adjustment, compared to the **INR 1.66 lakhs spent**, was not the issue—**the lack of empathy, courtesy, and accountability was**. What should have been resolved with a sincere apology and professional handling instead turned into an unpleasant and insulting encounter.||||As frequent travelers from the UAE, both for work and leisure, we have always trusted Hyatt for its international standards. On this trip—an important one as we were here for our child’s adoption—we specifically chose Hyatt Bharuch. Unfortunately, the way the checkout was managed has left us seriously questioning that trust.||||Even small concerns, if mishandled without sensitivity, can overshadow an entire stay. Sadly, that is exactly what happened here.

The food was delicious, with a wide variety of tasty dishes, and every single dish was fresh and well-prepared. The bedroom was incredibly comfortable and luxurious, with all modern amenities. Overall, it was a perfect stay and I would definitely recommend it."

We organized the event. Staff is best, food is excellent. Overall nice experience. We celebrated my father's birthday, venue hall is big and spacious. Recommend Hayat Place for any small big event.

I cannot fault anything about this hotel or the staff. Everything from being greeted by a happy smiling Hetal on arriving to an easy check out when leaving wad great. The buffet is always tasty and well stocked. The rooms are really clean. The gym is spacious and offers a couple of nice treadmills and weights. The infinity pool is a nice place to unwind. I'll definitely be back

Hyatt overcharge deposit for my stay and did not respond to my email asking for refund of extra charges. Quite unethical practices to overcharge customers on extra deposit. The room and overall stay experience is average at best. Adding the worst customer service ever received from so call 5 stars hotel make the overall bad experience with this hotel.
