Very nice, comfortable and clean rooms to stay with your family or on business trips. Very good location, close to the Bharuch Railway Station. Good Breakfast spread with good service too. They have a lovely gym, swimming pool and spa too.

This is the perfect spot for fine dining in Bharuch and Ankleshwar. The food quality and preparation are exceptional. With spacious seating, a pleasing ambiance, elegant aesthetics, attentive staff, and delicious cuisine, the overall experience is truly delightful.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at Zing on October 5th, 2025. We passed the security check without any issues, and at multiple points throughout the venue, we asked if pets were allowed. We were repeatedly told it was fine to bring them in. I had a small 8 month old kitten in a closed travel carrier, and both the security at the gate and the receptionist assured us that pets were welcome. But shortly after settling in, my kitten started meowing. Within just 15 minutes, we were abruptly asked to take her outside and leave. To make the situation even more worse, we were told by the security that the car couldn't stay in the parking lot either, and we had to move it out of the premises entirely. If pets weren’t allowed, we should never have been cleared through security or told it was okay to bring her in. If they were allowed, then why were we suddenly asked to leave? It felt like we were misinformed at every stage, which made the entire experience feel completely unprofessional. On top of that, the food didn’t live up to expectations either. The kebabs were underwhelming and lacked flavor, though the soup was somewhat decent. For all these reasons, giving a 1-star rating. A disappointing experience overall.

Stayed here for the last couple of weeks and had a great experience! Rooms were clean and comfortable, food was excellent, and the staff were warm and attentive — from the front desk (Amit and team) to the restaurant (Chef Manoj, Pradeep Singh, Vikash, Rehaan, Kurban, Tulsa….) and housekeeping (Rajesh..). Truly enjoyed the stay!

My family and I visited Hyatt Place, Bharuch for lunch, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The staff displayed a completely unprofessional attitude — they seemed disinterested and unhelpful throughout. It took multiple reminders just to get basic essentials like cutlery, clean plates, and glasses. The restaurant service was extremely slow, and the food quality was below average, especially considering the prices. Experiencing such poor service and food standards at a reputed brand like Hyatt was truly disappointing and unacceptable.

Had lunch at Hyatt Place Bharuch and was completely disappointed. The service was careless, and the cutlery had a foul smell; clearly not cleaned properly. Even after pointing it out, the staff replaced it with another dirty set without even checking. For a brand like Hyatt, this level of poor hygiene and unprofessional service is unacceptable. It felt like the staff had no attention to detail or basic standards expected from a reputed hotel. Definitely not worth the experience or the price.
