Super Townhouse Oak Bharuch Near Railway Station Formerly Hotel Kohinoor

Very disappointing experience – Beware when booking via Goibibo I faced a serious issue while trying to check in – the hotel had a power cut, and no power backup was available. I was forced to wait in the reception area for over 1.5 hours in discomfort. What’s worse is that the amenities listed on Goibibo showed "Power Backup" as the first feature, which clearly was false information. Tried reaching Goibibo support, but all lines were busy, and no customer care agent responded. This is the second time I've had major issues with a hotel booking via Goibibo in Mumbai. Last week, I had a bad experience at Bandra Stays as well. Please be extremely cautious if you're booking through Goibibo. There seems to be no verification or accountability for the amenities listed.

The hotel is a decent place to stay for a night if you are not looking at something fancy.|However you will not find anything fancy around here.|We stayed there as part of our visit to the statue of unity.|The hotel needs to work on the cleanliness.|Since the hotel is new, it is manageable as of now.|The hotel staff is the excellent part. But the cleaning staff needs to be trained for cleaning. |We asked for change of blankets,foot-mats and floor cleaning as we entered our room which they obliged .|Railway station is very close.|Breakfast service is slow and they cannot cater to large(10-15) people.||

A very nice clean hotel. Convenient, near to railway station. Located in a busy area. Easy access to rickshaws. Staff friendly. ||Downfall, breakfast, not any variety of foods. Just bread, one dish and puris. Restaurant not very well organised. It maybe due to lack of staff. The restaurant staff are not well trained. Not attentive. Bring one food item at a time, for eg if you get your omelette, you are kept waiting for your puris or toast. Tea either cones well in advance or later. Breakfast should be served altogether and I think staff need to be trained in hospitality.|The staff are polite but need training.|Rooms again are cleaned but not daily. |WiFi is rubbish. You need a new code every 24 hrs and it loses connection sometimes which can be annoying.|Overall the hotel is clean and decent. Fulfils you’re needs.|

For my business tour and marketing purpose visited bharuch and stayed here. Hotel was very nice and clean. Front desk was very attractive. Hotel staff was nice and manager was so kind. Room size was medium with soft bad. Night sleep was comfortable.

Excellent location, across from the train station. Restaurants are also just beneath hotel, although they are all infested with hundreds of flies... The hotel needs cleaning up, the sheets are all stained, the bathroom dirty, extra bed is a mattress on the floor... luckily another hotel has opened up nearby so I will be checking into there from now on, unless this hotel cleans itself up a little.

This hotel is situated opposite bharuch station. Very convenient! |It is very clean and staff are really friendly! They also offer breakfast and have excellent wifi! No mosquitoes or ants very clean! Also very safe at night!

Such great hotel. Must stay here while you are in bharuch.The hotel has nice and easily location so it becomes easy to reach this hotel.| Clean and large rooms.|The staff was nice to us and behaved really well.|The stay was overall good.

Big and comfortable rooms .|Good service & hospitality by staff.|Safe for ladies.|24 hours WiFi availability.|Easy access to nearby restaurants.|Exactly opposite of railway station, so good convenience.|Definitely recommend for others.
