Hotel Novus

A very decent hotel on the National Highway 48 with covered parking and security. Stayed for a night while driving from Mumbai to go towards Delhi and liked it. It is a small highway hotel with decent room size and a decent washroom. The Front Office staff was very professional and the Housekeeping was good too and served us immediately with an extra bed on request. The food at the restaurant was amazing too. Would stay again at this place on another highway trip.

I recently stayed at Novas Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with any request. Staying since long in this hotel but they don't value old customers. Staff behaviour is rude. Food quality also degrading with time. In room service - they don't even cover the food. Booked room trough company & payment by company. When there is extra person they charging more than mentioned on their rate chart. Not even providing bills or accepting online payment. Staff asking for cash only. Management need to look into this.

No give any star for this hotels food service 😒..Very bad experience for this hotels foods..There is no taste of any kind in any of the dishes..Makes the raw ripe..The hotel management doesn't have any good chefs who can serve you good and delicious food..Please close the hotel kitchen..or change the cooks..So that the customer gets good food..please seriously note this..Respected customers and Also NOTE this HOTEL MANAGEMENT..

Very bad staff behaviour. Giving priorities to those who come with large family.& ignoring those who are in strength of 1or 2. Even no one came to just take the plates after we have done eating

Very nice. Food was magnificent. Atmosphere was peaceful and cool. Service was also great. Also kid friendly playground.
