It’s a good hotel for stay. Great service from staff. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots and also transport service. The location is great- very near Central Train Station. Highly recommend this hotel. Thanks.

Rooms are nice and cozy. Good option for stay at Gandhidham. Food is pathetic and service is even more pathetic. Food surely needs improvement. Keeping fancy names in the menu won't help.

Went for a Diwali lunch. Very good. And charge is 750

1. Duvet cover provided without duvet. Duvet had rust marks (pic being attached) 2. Two sets of soap shampoo & towel/hand towel provided for three persons. 3. No hot water in the early morning in 4 days. 4. Dirty looking towels. 5. Two cups provided when occupants were three. Everything had to be requested repeatedly. 6. Poor complimentary breakfast. Most items are repeated. Dingy dining space. The 'ganthia' can't be broken using one's teeth. No attention given despite feed back being given. Very disappointing for a place having some reputation.

Sluggishly worst restaurant service; not worth it. The captain was reluctant as was the support staff. The best part of this place is consistency in maintaining all the above. Ha e been experiencing such dedication since last couple of years... Salud 👍🏼
