We stayed here and told the staff the toilet seats broken. But he said talk to the manager in morning. Since our check in was late night and we had kids we said we will manage for sometime. Next day the manager says, why did u check in only, you should have taken your deposit and gone elsewhere our toilets are this way only without toilet seat. Staff is very rude. Plus the rooms are very smelly and unclean.

Never stay in this hotel. It's not a hotel, a dump infact. The bedsheets have stains, they don't change bedsheets or for that matter send it for washing. The toilet seats are always broken, and the staff is so so very rude. Even though they know the toilet seats are broken, in every room infact, they don't repair it. We had booked online and when we went there and complained the staff was not responding properly and spoken very rudely
