Flagship Hotel The Grand Pritam

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the overall condition of my room. The water pressure in the bathroom was extremely slow, making showering and using the sink frustrating. Additionally, there were persistent unpleasant smells in the bedroom that detracted from my stay.

Even AC rooms are dirty, Layers falling off of walls, Dust on Photoframes, Bathroom's ceiling is broken and stuff falls out from it randomly, Tabletop and AC remote were extremely dirty, Super squeaky bed (Like extremely squeky) Dirty Tap knobs and no bucket provided in bathroom either. The floor was dusty and don't even get me started on the doormat outside the bathroom. The only thing good was the room lighting and the cleen sheets. Even the edges of the bedframe were dirty. I just tried to live on the bedsheet and took managed to take a shower out of the showerhead (which fortunately worked).

In one sentence the name of the hotel must be HOTEL THE GANDHA PRITAM and not Hotel The Grand Pritam. Following are the worst experiences we faced while our stay from 16th Aug to 19th Aug 2023 1. The hotel cleanliness is tooo worst. In one word to say, it is not hotel. We can call it as DUSTBIN /KUDA GHAR. 2. Not even single thing in the hotel is good. Each and everything is tooo bad and worst. 3. The bathroom drainage got blocked if one person baths. 4. The sink drainage in bathroom is blocked. 5. The lift/elevator to reach hotel doesn’t work. We need to reach hotel via steps in 3rd floor. 6. The staff in the hotel are too worst and they want to sell our room to others at higher price without allotting to us and we’re telling silly reasons when I called till one day before of our check in. 7. The AC doesn’t work properly 8. Not dustbin in the room. 9. The garbage was thrown everywhere throughout the hotel THE GANDHA PRITAM. It was the worst stay experience in my life. It is unfit to run as hotel lodging. Close that hotel The GANDHA PRITAM

Very entheical to cancel our trip 1 hour prior to our check in. Didn't even refund our prepaid money for the stay. Oyo customer care says that the hotel claims that we had check in. Very very entheical. To say in short- they are thieves.

This is worst hotel stay of my life. I don’t know what’s so grand about this hotel that they have named it Grand 😑 I booked my hotel room prior arrival but on reaching they offered me a very bad room with no neatness. As per them the room was clean i don’t understand what is the definition of cleaning for them. The washroom condition was pathetic. Toilet seat was broken when asked to fix they were like they can’t fix neither they can change my room. Highly disappointed.

1 of the worst oyo property Ihave stayed in till date. Though the staff were courteous, the rooms are very very small. The bed isn't comfortable. The linens are dirty unwashed. Even after telling them they changed it to another dirty one. The towel isn't washed. Broken fixtures in the washroom. The bathroom is infact bigger than the living room, but its not clean and there is no hot water available.

Not a good experience regarding the room cleanliness and hotel maintenance. The staff was good though but when we got our room we had to literally face electricity cut for an hour or more. The room was too shabby, pillow covers and bed sheets were too dirty and stinked. I hope they will take care of such issues soon.

It's bad hotel, staff is the worst. Receptionist I'm the day shifts only plays game, they have dirty cups. They don't even make them clean. Washroom stinks and seats are not comfortable, bed sheets are torn, they don't even change bed sheets and towels are very dirty, though they have written at the back of the gate breakfast is complimentary but they charge extra money. They dont accept credit card it's advisable to book a room. Via make my trip which I booked in ₹907 per day. They are frauds they told me room Rent is 1200.
