Comfort Inn Statue Of Unity

Worst dining experience I've ever had. I ordered a Bombay Sandwich, but it didn’t have any of the usual ingredients like green chutney, butter, cheese, or even tomato. It was just a dosa bhaji stuffed inside bread. The pizza was greasy and completely tasteless. To make matters worse, the manager seemed more focused on the bill than addressing our concerns. At a place like SOU, such service and food quality are completely unacceptable. The restaurant is losing its standards and failing to satisfy customers. They should seriously reconsider their approach to service and food quality, or they should stop offering these poor experiences altogether.

Overall it was very good experience. It is pure veg but serves eggs in breakfast. We went with Family. It is newly opened hotel without swimming pool. Staff is very kind and they are always ready to help you. Food taste is good. Though they can improve on variety in Both jain and non jain. Rooms are spacious and they maintain hygiene. You will hot water 24hrs. They prepare baby food on demand.

An average 3-star hotel. Food was ok, but breakfast time was scheduled at 7.00 am but food was spread around 7-30 -45 am leading our group departure late! I had left my iPhone original charger in the room and when I realised the loss, my group guide called up the reception but they emphatically denied finding it in the room and bluntly said even if they find it, it cannot be sent by courier, even at my own cost! What an adamant attitude!

The hotel is located on the roadside. It's 8-10 km away from the statue of Unity. Very clean spacious and comfortable room. Famous Sankalp restaurant is catering here so food is very fresh and tasty especially the morning breakfast buffet.

We had an amazing stay at the comfort inn statue of unity. The staff were very courteous and humble. The food at the Sankalp restaurant was delicious. Would like to mention the excellent hospitality shown by Suraj and his team.

The place itself is nicely managed, but the location is a bit iffy. The rooms were good except the bathroom. They were small and also didn't have proper ventilation-stinking when used. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was nice and the staff was very polite.

this hotel is good, but the location is not so ideal in comparison to others. so also, the travel desk located at this hotel does not have set timings and guests don't have any information given as required. Mr. Adarsh (receptionist) at the front desk was very helpful and informative. while another receptionist daya sharma was not so polite and was pretty abrupt in his behavior.

Rooms are clean & specious. Food at the restaurant is very good. Service of the staff is nice. We got service from staff name Pinki. It was really good. Breakfast range is very wide. Saya & Hitesh from House keeping service are also making room very clean & hygine
