I glad to write review for this property. Firstly Gujarat tourism approved property neat and clean and most near by statue entry gate. Clean rooms all working asset and very supportive staff. Best for 6 to 8 family members. Owner allowed early check in as we reached early. Local Auto and cab easily available for near by seen. Keep maintain.

The check-in time was delayed, reason being the earlier party didn't check out despite me informing the owner and care taker well in advance. Checkin time promised was between 10-11, due to delay we just kept our luggage in the room and left, we had to freshen up at SOU itself. The location is far and hence difficult to find a cab. Only 2 towels were provided for 5 people as they said they are short of towels. The bathrooms are not maintained and dirty, stinky. The main door had a lock issue hence there was safety concern. Only 1 remote for AC was available against 3 ACs. The owner said he can't ask the guests to check out at 10 am which was the final check out time. This is not acceptable in hospitality service, as check in and check out needs to go by the rule. Not satisfied by the service and behaviour. I won't recommend staying here. Also no proper ventilation in bathrooms. Blankets were not clean.

Visited SOU on 8th and 9th nov 2 days with 7 family members. We stayed at Palm unity Home stay which is gujarat govt approved and most near by railway station. Easily auto available and vab also. Owner provided auto and cab mobile number for easy. Property is well maintained and clean. Our booking has 2 roon and 1 hall each has seprate wash room and all are AC. Care taker is available at property who helped in may ways. Owner provided contact no for snacks and dinner both were authentic gujarati food with proper taste. Provided soap and 3 towel for 7 guest generally no home stay provide this. Recommend for family stay at Kevadiya. Worth money, location, Budget and security.

One of the Best family stay in home stay options in kevadiya statue of unity. Visited in very crowded season diwali though much clean and maintained property. Early check in allowed by owner coz vacant at that time. 2 seprate rooms with hall TV and wifi. All have 3 washrooms with geyser. Best thing I observed that 3 rooms are connected with single hall door. If any AC or Geyser not work then options are there. Near by SOU and easily accessible by own car also. Own parking infront of property with security camera. Safe home stay in Vraj residential area in kevadiya. Recommended for family trip.

We had very good experience with palm unity home stay best thing is the locality is near by statue of unity and hotels. Rooms are neat clean and each room has bathroom. Open wifi is available with android TV. Car parking is also available for now with open plot area. One can also order food from them.
