Hotel Om Palace - Best Hotel, Rooms, Restaurant

Affordable price but no food and service. The staff don't even touch luggages. TV set top boxes are not recharged and you can't watch TV.

Our room was home for around 200 black ants. The rooms have no ventilation, thus you will only be dependent on a air-conditioner "THAT WON'T WORK" . The only way to communicate with the reception will be to go downstairs? Think of checkin your luggage? We'll no one will come to your help. The hotel runns parallel to a Creamation Ground (Kabristan), so the experience you will have at the hotel is also similar. If you exceed You check out time by 10 minutes they would ring the bell 10 times. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The place name should'nt be OM palaceI, It should either be.

No complaints really. We had a very good stay at Hotel om palace. The hotel was clean, everything worked in the room, WiFi works in every nook and corner of the hotel. The only reason I took away a star is because I felt their rooms looked a bit dated and needed a facelift otherwise I would highly recommend Om palace considering the accessibility to both Mandvi and Potter's village Gundiyali which is a must visit. This hotel is good in low price, in mandvi i dint find any other hotel in this price with this chip rates. For a business perpose we can stay here, rooms are very good neat and clean. For couples i am not recommend ing this place because the rooms are not thay much fine. Rates are 800 rs per 24 hr. Services: 1) tv 2) hot water 24*7 3) wifi 4) Bath towel set It is quite reasonable price compare to other hotels and the mandvi beach is just 2.9 km from the hotel.

A well ambience place for family & friends ,who all are looking for a good place for hygienic place to have food and / or to stay ! Accommodates Air conditioned Rooms , with good service which is given very prompt. Other Information : Working Timings - Hotel Check in time 11.00 a.m to check out timing 10.30 a.m (next day) Restaurant Timings : 11.30 a.m to 3.00 p.m 7.00 P.m to 11.00 p.m Food Quality & Service : Feels home made tasty food with good varieties and combinations of different types of food , with nominal price range and hygienic food. Service : you won’t need to wait for longer time once you order your dish , Friendly and good staff

Not a worth. Facilities are poor. Ac remote are not working. No cup boards for clothes. Tv subscription are expired. No telephone available, if you want any thing then go down stairs and ask for the things. We have booked the hotel for three days but asked for two days return hence we can switch to another good hotel.

Excellent service, good people and its is just opposite to a copper station, so no worries for theft or robbery. Also Rooms are wide and exclusive with a super cooling AC. Come on and enjoy your stay. Thanks !
