Flagship 71472 Hotel Atithi

This is pathetic property I booked through by booking.com at the time of booking the room booked included the breakfast but after check in the concern has deny to provide the breakfast as per him he received the booking by oyo and that's come without breakfast. Now come to next point room linen was too dirty , I told him plz change it he replied I don't have staff so bed sheet has been change by myself. I was stay with my mom, Don't stay in Oyo..one thing I was saying Mr ranjeet who is doing shift there I will the give the online feed so he replied de doesn't care....

Very bad behaviour & not satisfied guest. In last moment increse room charge & change facility in Ac / Non-Ac also breakfast. I don't want to go next time in Oyo room thank you 🙏

Small rooms which were clean. The staff is good and helpful. The toilet needs to be well maintained and the nets aren't installed properly.

The staff behaved well but the room was not clean due to their negligence. The room was a little small but was nice and not clean

It is a very bad hotel with rude and mannerless staff. Rooms in very bad shape and very small at very high prices
