Hotel Jyoti

Just leaving Hotel Jyoti today. I have had a pleasant stay here. The staff at the hotel cannot do enough for you. I have stayed at 5 Star hotels in various counties but this is the first hotel where I had a call to request to come for breakfast half hour before the time is up to ensue that I have had breakfast. We stayed in an Executive room. The bed was very comfortable and the toilet bath were good. They provide towels and dental kit and comb. For the price it a wonderful hotel. Sometimes such hotels have that personal touch that you don’t get at 5 star hotels. Will definitely be back.

Limited parking for car just 1-2 could fit. Breakfast area is not that clean .

The hotel is not at the level of a 3-star establishment as one might understand it (international standards), but the quality of the establishment is very satisfactory for the prices charged. Very welcoming team and keen to satisfy the customer's needs. The manager is pleasant and also accommodating for the satisfaction of his customers. Very convenient hotel location, less than 10 minutes walk from the bus station and markets. Far enough away from the main street not to suffer from traffic noise. Room sufficiently spacious and clean. Good quality of bedding. The cleanliness of the duvet covers could nevertheless be improved so as not to leave any doubts as to the good hygiene of the bedding. AC available, but noisy. Wifi also available. Good breakfast for the price of 100 INR. A good address to remember for a budget hotel.

Situated in the heart of Rajkot city this is a 3 star hotel.Reached in the evening by a tourist taxi. The person at the reception didn’t welcome us and no one came to pick our luggage and belongings. Hotel’s reception was deserted and lonely.Parking at your own risk was displayed at the narrow parking lot.The receptionist on request started the formality of registering our names in the register and called the boy to pick up our luggage. Rooms allotted were not up to our expectations and the management had to change them on our protest. New rooms were good and spacious. However the electrical gadgets were not working properly. The exhaust fan in the washroom was creating an unbearable noise. The door bell was not working and did not work till we left the hotel.The lift provided was small and couldn’t accommodate more than two to three persons at a time. Lunch dinner and breakfast was very tasty with reasonable rates. The ceiling in the washroom was dripping water repeatedly. TV channels were not working as well. The kitchen staff and room attendant were very friendly and helpful. Overall the stay was satisfactory and not good. I would like to request the management and the owner to improve the basic services of the hotel.

One of the best hotel to stay in Rajkot.| Staffs are very good and friendly.|Manager Dilip is such nice person and helpful providing best service in hotel.||Foods are so testy mind blowing 🤯 |Parking car is little bit issues can’t park more then three cars in hotel.||Awesome place to stay…||I strongly recommend to you guys 👍

Food is exceptionally good here (considering rajkot oily food culture). I had chilli paneer and veg pulao. Awesome big size paneer fry pieces. Absolutely yummy ( actually tasted like chili paneer and not just bland mixture of anything) and good quantity on one plate. Pulao rice was great too. Don't know about rooms. But will try staying here once. Again for the food. It's just tastes better. Price was reasonable too, in a costly city like rajkot.
