Super Collection O Limda Chowk Formerly Hotel Harmony

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed how unclean it was—there was exposed wiring, cockroaches, and bugs crawling on the walls. The entire building was aged, and not in a well-maintained way. To make matters worse, there was trash stored right outside my room, and the bed was covered with hair and bindis, clearly left behind by previous guests. The fridge had a pack of rotten curd or buttermilk, which was disgusting. The only thing I received was a jug of water, which I was reluctant to drink. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff was friendly, but that doesn’t make up for the horrible conditions. I checked out immediately and went to another hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone—easily the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Very disappointing experience. The room service was extremely poor, and the staff’s behavior was unprofessional and rude. Food quality was also subpar, far from what one would expect. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Don't go with Rating and comment which is showing 5 Rating, they all are fake Ratings....... The room was specious however not cleaned, Requested on reception for cleaning 2 times. The bed sheet was not cleaned, Not having proper housekeeping staff, security person doing house keeping work at night. Booked with breakfast, No breakfasts available as per your choice, you will get only 1 item as per their choice in breakfast (Aloo Paratha) So don't book a room with breakfast or with dinner as dinner is also as per their choice (Limited item with limited dinner) The washrooms are very dirty, Charges are high compare to other hotel though service is poor. Housekeeping staff chewing mawa (Tobaco/Gutakha) everytime. It's better to book a good hotel in same charges or less charges. 0 Rating for Service 0 for cleaning 0 for House keeping service 0 for Breakfast 1 for dinner 2 for rooms

Overall good experience but room are not clean .crocroches in the room and bathroom also toilet was broken condition.
