I reached the hotel around 2 PM, but they couldn’t give me my room on time. They first shifted me to a temporary room for about 30–40 minutes before finally giving the actual room I had booked. Not a great start. In the evening, things got messier. We wanted to head out, but someone had parked a vehicle right in front of mine in the parking area. My car was completely blocked, and I ended up wasting almost an hour just waiting. That was honestly the most frustrating part. To be fair, they did try to make up for it by covering our auto and food expenses. So it wasn’t all bad, but the overall experience was mixed. Decent hotel, but management needs to get the basics right. Solid 3-star experience.

I had booked 2 rooms in this hotel. I reached the hotel at 8 pm. When I entered the rooms, someone was already staying in both the rooms. There was a foul smell from the room, the smell of cigarette puffs; the bed was dirty, things were scattered, and it seemed as if he had left this room some time ago. I am uploading some photos also. When the hotel owner did not help me, this proved to be one of the worst hotels I have ever seen in my life. No one should book in this hotel, even by mistake. It was the worst class hotel; this hotel is not for families.

Rooms need improvement, and management needs to understand that basic functionality like door lock are no optional just because there is a guard outside hotel's building premises. The first time stay was much better, but the last one was missing proper door lock, bathroom exhaust fan not working causing smoking smell throughout the stay, har dryer not working.

Very good place to stay and all team members are very supportive specially person name Mr.Paresh and mr. Ratan are too supportive.

Room was good. No intercom provided. TV not working and staff was under prepared for resolving. Napkins not provided. Toilet paper and tissue papers not provided. Seperate dining area not available so breakfast served in room but lacks quality. Cockroach was there on bed. Considering all above cost was high.

Not a good hotel to stay. Staff is non cooperative and services are non existent. They are there to save taxes only .

Owner Jay, attendant Paresh, Room service operator Shashank and receptionist Priya are well mannered and serve you better. About rooms - Rooms are spacious with fantastic interior and furniture. These rooms are situated on 8 &9 floor of the building so you will get awesome outside views from huge glass. I would highly recommend this hotel during Rajkot stay. All important places are nearby to this hotel.

I visited the city to attend a family function and my accompanied me. Both of us were very happy with the amenities and service we received at the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel itself is very close to the airport and hence it was very easy for us to reach. It is in the 7th floor of a commercial complex offering a great view, and we were actually enjoying browsing around.
