Hotel Nova Cross Road

WORST WORST WORST, HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Many cockroaches and rooms smelled like garbage. I had to call a guy with air fresher multiple times. The bathroom is very dirty and unhygienic. I became sick while staying at the hotel. They give water in a used bottle used by someone else. Pillows are dirtiest, bedsheets and mattresses, oh my god, dirtiest I have ever seen. Good reviews are lies, they are fake posts by their people. Never ever visit here

Had an amazing time and wonderful service plus on contart the food just amazing fresh and hot served with love would defeat recommend to stay at Hotel Nova cross road in Rajkot Mr Tekendra the Manager was a delight to meet and had an amazing customer service throught his team

Stayed here with family and a kid. It is a nice hotel in a central locality. We booked based on the reviews on trip advisor and completely satisfied with the hotel. The hotel does not have a restaurant facility however they have a kitchen and serve you the food in the room. The complementary breakfast was delicious. Overall recommended for family within a budgeted price.

Good location near to bus stand, Big room and toilet. nice food and committed service. hotel is situated at city heart of Rajkot Gujarat at third floor. Lift facility is available 24X7. staff nature is good and cooperative. Economical tarrif at goibibo app. location at city heart

Unclean rooms... location is nearer to bus stand... price is low... But rooms are too much dirty... washroom was dirty.. Not Suitable for family stays...

I travel too much and most of the time i stay in hotels. I always choose hotels This time i was arranged a room in this hotel by someone. I disliked because of the following reasons 1- Not enough ventilation in rooms 2- Not cleaned properly i found female hairs on my bed 3- went bathroom flush didn't work for 10 minutes 4- went to took a shower, shower handle came out 5- i know that food at hotels is costly but 28rs for a single roti!!! What is this yarr. I am too tired to go out and have dinner this doesn't mean you guys can charge whatever you want 6- Hospitality business runs over customers satisfaction i guess you guys don't want us again in your hotel Best of Luck for the future

Staff was ok ok , It seems they are not interested in work and about room .. they were not clean ..lots of stain and hairs and also bugs on it, the. rooms smell weird , their bathroom floor was very slippery , I don’t know why but thats the truth , eating food there cam be risky , they gave me wet towels

Extremely expensive with no wifi, no breakfast, even geyser doesn't work so no hot water for shower! Worst room service I've ever experienced, need to ask many times even for water bottle, poor staff! Wouldn't dare to waste my money by checking in here again, wouldn't recommend anyone either!!!
