Hotel O Paradise

The room is a dirty as a hell … and the service is not good at all …. At the night time it’s 1 am clock Someone knocking our door continuelsy for half nf hour all people are ty to enter in our room and it’s worst experience ever I recommend do not go that place its worst like hell ….. In photos the room was look good but in reality it’s hell ….. please don’t go these kind of places ….

Worst experience at hotel, Booked room at agoda but when i reach there they asked me to cancel online booking and choose their offline booking which is double the online price Very poor hospitality from the owners Just select better hotel if you are looking for family

First the hotel denied to check me in by saying - ITNE PAYMENT ME NAHI HO PAYEGA I asked them why you accept booking, they told me - OYO is charging by its own and dont confirm price with us. I called customer care, then transferred to the area manager and they allowed me to check in. Nothing was given to me at the time of check in - NO TOWEL, NO WATER BOTTLE, NO SOAP NOTHING AT ALL. I asked multiple times for a water bottle, towel etc and finally they provided it in the evening. For an extra 3rd person. They charged me 300Rs extra for that, mentioning they only got a booking for 2 people. (But booking was for 3 people actually) The room was dirty as hell. All dust, and Toilet was full of smell, (HALLS Chewing gum wrapper, soap wrappers and not even flushed properly) I have payment proof and all the evidence that I stayed there. I will never ever stay with OYO again after getting tortured during my work trip.

Paradise hotel truly lives up to its name! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, luxurious rooms, and impeccable service. We had the most amazing vacation and can't wait to come back soon!

Room was ok but ac wasn't working condition and and toilet seat was broken,when I told the room service they was saying that you have to adjust and we don't don't have another room,and receptionist asking for 800 rupees which is more then I pay

Charge double money.. . And bad location also... Reception was fully smokey and rude behaviour of receptionist
