OYO Townhouse 169 Aqua Corridor

I was booked this hotel from IRCTC. They show us only two rooms and condition of both room was pathetic. Bathroom tap was damaged, water leakage at room walls, table was broken, etc. Bedsheet was dirty and after request they deny to change. I was booked the hotel for two nights and second day I request for house keeping and still they didn't change that bedsheet. I request 2-3 times but everytime they gave different excuses. Second when I booked hotel in my fare brekfast was included but they denied for breakfast and told us that kitchen of the hotel is closed. They can arrange breakfast from out with payment. Very bad management and as well as ambience of the hotel is pathetic. Don't book hotel with pictures provided in any website because that pics are 3years old and there is no maintenance in last 3years. Only the location of the hotel is good nothing else and lastly hotel is couple friendly. So you can guess the standard of hotel. Don't book this hotel from any website. Pleaseee

Excellent service, staff and rooms. It was a wedding function, as a travel agent we booked all those 22 rooms for our customer for two days. Mr.kamlesh a property owner took personal attention for this booking. Our customer specially thanked us by phone after wedding and said that you have suggested a very nice hotel and said that they are very impressed with the staff and manager of the hotel, they have taken care of each and every guest very well.

I went to Surat for my Darts Tournament and this hotel was closest and with a good price range. Staffs are very good and the rooms are quite good too though you might feel the the rooms to be small which is true as some of them are but i requested them and they changed my room and i got a bigger one. This hotel is in a good location as Cinepolis and supermarkets is just close to this Hotel. I enjoyed it ✌️💐

Would not recommend this property as when my checked in there was no water in the washroom. she has to change room. when I was talking to customer services the person who answered the call was way to arrogant. His exact word was It's property's lookout and not his. very much disappointed with OYO's attitude towards customer. Will not book again any of the OYO property.

Worst Oyo Experience ever... Regretted alot to choose this one ... Showed two room options but both of them were worse ... Toilet is totally ruined, everywhere leakages and loose taps ... They did not provide any facilities like towel soap or anything else for that matter ... Bed was broken ... Jugad with bricks to make it stable ... Walls with paint papdi and water sipage. This one should be shutdown because this is a scam.

They are not going according to oyo guidelines. They do not provide any basic facilities. Not even a towel in the name of bare minimum. Worst service and also they are taking extra amount at the counter than shown on the online booking. They are also taking in people as per hour and come and knock at your door as per their will and wish. Worst experience. I'd prefer a dharamshala over this.

I have paid entire Tariff in Advance through Paytm with request for early checkin, which was confirmed by OYO officials. Upon appearing at Hotel at 6:30 in morning, I was not allowed to check in even though I have shown willingness to pay additional early check in charges. I struggled in unknown city in early morning due to their pathetic approach and communication gap. I strongly state that NOT to go for this hotel, as local staff has no coordination with OYO central office official and they are not bothered to help.

Check in was quick, they asked me to pay in advance but I was ok with it. After checking in to the room it was cozy, simple yet elegent. This is a small property hence no breakfast room, breakfast was served in my room. I specifically asked for specific item in breakfast but it was not served. Had to leave without breakfast.
