Hotel Royal King

What a pathetic hotel! Had taken a premium room which costs almost 3000. The rooms are not even worth 500. There were Gutka (Tobacco) stains all over the walls inside the room (premium room mind you)! When asked to change the room, staff said nothing available . All were empty and it was a weekday. The pillows and blankets had Gutka stains. The room had cigarette ash here and there. The washroom was unflushed unclean and stinking. No towels, water, soap was given. Finally after repeated attempts of telling the staff, we got by night and only 1 towel and soap when we were 2 people. There is only 1 boy and he doesnt do anything damn thing. Just keeps staring at you. When complained about gutka stained blankets, he just stired as if 'hum kya kar sakte hai'. When asked for fresh blanket, he said its not available all in laundry. After arguement, he gave a new one which means it was there. There was a tumbler filled with ash, cig bugs and black water inside. There was a used towel in the cupboard. Basically they dont even see the rool when previous guests leave and new come. No cleaning no maintenance at all. There was heavy fungus and spider webs on the bed headrest area. All reviews are fake! Room doesnt look like the pictures at all so dont get fooled. I can go on and on. Horrible traumatic experience. Yukkkk Owner replied that my room wasnt cleaned and I was shifted. But no I wasnt shifted. They didnt have any other room of my category (premium room). They showed me a small standard room after argument but even that had all the gutkha stains plus totally broken walls in the toilet. So no point Thus we were continued in the same room. We slept on tobacco stains and fungus. On complaining MakeMyTrip, Hotel had no shame to give any compensation at all. Dont ever visit this hotel unless you want to experience a nightmare by paying premium charges.

So many things to like. Above all, the family is extremely attentive, caring and quick to respond to a traveller's needs. The room is very comfortable even when it gets hot outside.
