Hotel Green Villa

My experience at GNRREN Villa Hotel, Surat was very disappointing. Basic amenities were not provided — they didn’t even offer soap in the room. The TV wasn’t working at all throughout my stay, which was extremely inconvenient. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was very slow and almost unusable. For the price they charge, I expected at least the standard level of service, but it fell far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here unless they improve their facilities and guest services.

We had rented a basic room which was enough for 2 of us. The cleanliness can be improved and location is on the main road. Service is ok.

Except for same day laundry everything is perfect,good for family, business stay.located in the posh area, everything is available nearby restaurants,food stalls and Mall etc

Hello People, I visited this place and stayed for 2 days. This hotel is good and budget friendly. Location is also well reputed but only thing I was concerned about parking. They don't have their own parking. The building gaurd was threatened us every time that he'll puncture/flat our vehicles if we parked in building area.

Bakwas not good because this hotel is not good for me and freinds all time smoke and not good service for staff Staff is not good here 🙂

Enjoyed my stay..... A big shout out to Mahi who was the hotel manager during my stay there. Definitely recommend it to others. Thank you.
