Fraud hotel. Makes you pay premium prices for atrocious rooms. Very bad experience with this hotel, would not recommend anyone. Dirty bathrooms, smelly pillows and sheets, clogged drains full of cigarette butts and trash, zero hygiene, no hot water as well. Especially no regards for customer satisfaction and only care about money

Booked a room 2 months in advance on oyo but they cancelled and outright denied to gove us a room 2 days before check in and transferred us to another hotel 6 kms away from the original one named hotel althan rooms in surat, the rooms there were in atrocious condition, the bathroom had no hot water, clogged bathroom drain with cigarette butts, the geyser in the hotel was not in the room and could only be accessed by letting the manager know for only 1 hour a day and even after that that there was no hot water, the bedsheets and pillows smelled horribly and the entire hotel stank of ciggerate and hoakka, the manager did not even clean the rooms and bathroom even after repeated requests, in the end during our checkout the manager outright grabbed us and did not let us leave to get more money, even tho we had paid ₹300 more than their standard rate which is displayed everywhere on WhatsApp and hotel chart We had to pay ₹600 extra just to get him to leave us. So we could go and check out because he was holding us and our bags hostage in the the hotel. Even threatened to call thugs to get us to comply with him. The whole system is a scam they have chains of people and hotels running this to cheat costumers into paying a very premium price for substandard and atrocious facilities. Beware before booking a room here or in any such hotels.
