Super OYO Flagship Hotel Rose Palace

I'm writing this review as a warning to others. I booked this hotel based on its seemingly great reviews, but boy, was I wrong! Every single thing that could go wrong did. The AC didn't work, the TV didn't work, and to top it off, the room had clear signs of being used by a one-hour couple - unmade bed, stains everywhere, and an overall unpleasant atmosphere. The worst part? The front desk staff seemed completely unbothered when I reported these issues. No apologies, no solutions, just shrugs and excuses. I ended up spending a sleepless night in a room that was clearly not fit for guests. If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs. The reviews that raved about this hotel are either fake or from another planet. 1/5 stars, and that's being generous.

Worst experience. Checked in after a hectic journey and looking at the room made it even worse. Room was dirty, washroom was smelly, had cigarette buds lying over. When asked the receptionist said the room was cleaned but it wasn't. The bed linen was way too dirty, it had stains and was smelly. The water was so salty that you can't even wash your face and rinse your mouth. When asked about changing the room they said that was the only room available. Waste of money.

Worst hotel ever visitied in my life. Even worst then dharmsala. All staff are uneducated not even understand the billing process. Room is smelly, water is salted. Worst .

I would have shared less then 1 star if it would have been there in Google. No bedsheets, no towels, no cutlery for having food.

A nice decent place to stay comfortably. Clean room . Good storage options for luggage. Wi-Fi available. You can order food from hotel (pure veg) or order online . Atlanta business Hub where the hotel is located has all helpful shops near by like medical. Tea cafe . Salon etc . Mihir was very helpful and friendly. Friendly staff .

The room has flying cockroaches all over the place. Thats, every room including the bathroom. Staying there was an adventure! We changed 3 rooms and were still scared to use the washroom

One of the worst hotel ever. After booking and paying my room rent they denied me room stating that they are full. Dont risk your travel . Very unprofessional behaviour.
