Worst hotel management I ever saw in my career, behaved like I am some criminal. Pay full amount before check-in, still didn't gave me room , when I reached at 10 pm with my family, saying that can't give room in that price. Insisted to give me double money to stay at night which I have to axs I have no option late night. He treated me very badly , my family was stunned to see this, rooms were vacant , still he blackmailed me. Why Agoda booked and took money if such stupid hotels don't adjust the clients.

Room was uncleaned and bathroom was dirty. My mom got it cleaned by them but still was unhygienic. Worst experience ever. I do not want to book anything from Oyo again. It sucks. I do not recommend to people are cleanness prone and family. I have booked it for my parents as it was near to their requirement locality.

Third class service. I book online hotel. When I gone in hotel Manager say, we can't accepted any online booking and you booking lower amount f room So, I can't give room.. and I loss my money. No any refund. Do not use OYO. I personally feel very bad experience.
