NillThere are 2 different kinds of rooms; the ones facing the main road are massive and the ones facing the back are average OYO room sized. Interiors were just appealing and beautiful. All rooms are well furnished, well lit and clean. Hotel has an elevator and good WiFi. The in-house restaurant was not operational when I stayed but there is room delivery from local restaurants they have tie ups with. The hotel is located in an area where you can avail of basic amenities like grocery stores, shops, medical stores and food dhabas. For transport, obtaining an Uber/OLA can be a bit challenging at times but not impossible. Imp note: At the time of my personal stay, the manager said they don’t accept online bookings like OYO, Agoda etc and charged us Rs.1800 per room per night. Please confirm your room booking and reservations with the manager before arriving at the hotel as a lot of people were turned away at the reception. Compared to other hotels I’ve looked at in the neighbouring areas, this hotel had some of the best rooms for the price. Good value for money. One area that needs improvement is in staff and customer relations. Other than that, this is a great hotel.

NillHotel manager is a absolute rude. Unfit to be in hospitality industry. Junior asking for aadhar and contact details of all the guests. When objected for why should we provide contacts of ladies? And 1 aadhar was missing. The so called manager bursted, reacted immaturedly by banging on the desk and says " room mat dey inko" A rowdy and egoistic behaviour, could be explained the same in a polite way. As paid online and when asked for refund replies " You have paid to OYO, so ask refund from them." Wkmoukd advice all not to make a prepaid payments. Check the hotel and staff behaviour. It is OYOs duty also being in hospitality industry to keep a check, train team and also keep a reward penalty systems. Just coming up with n list of hotels wontwork If can't keep a track on last mile client experience. A a absolute -ve experience and a hostile place especially for a family or couple.
