Hotel Elegant Inn by Nexottel

This Hotel is situated in a great location, making it convenient for exploring the area and accessing nearby attractions. However, there are several areas where the hotel falls short of expectations. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. While the overall decor was pleasant, the room felt a bit neglected, with dust in corners and the bathroom not as spotless as one would hope. Another downside was the lack of laundry service, which was quite inconvenient during my stay. Additionally, for the price of the room, I expected at least complimentary water bottles, but none were provided. This felt like a missed opportunity to enhance the guest experience. On a positive note, the receptionists were very responsible and helpful. They were polite, efficient, and made check-in and check-out processes smooth. Their professionalism was a highlight of my stay. Overall, Hotel Elegant Inn has potential, but improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and small touches like complimentary water would make it a much better value for the price.

PROS.- Newly built rooms with ample of space.Location is good. Friendly staff. Cons.- Service is slow due to newly hired staff. Mosquito issue in the room.breakfats service need to improve a lot. Rest good for stay.
