Hote is surat ste walking 5min.. hotel not clean slow service and rude behaviour in hotel staff. AC room is clean and hygiene but non ac room is not clean. Family person not safe hotel.. Thank you

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Citizen Hotel, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The food was absolutely pathetic, with stale bread and low-quality dishes. The washrooms were unhygienic, with no locks on the doors, making it a safety concern. To make matters worse, the bed sheets weren't even cleaned.But the cherry on top was seeing a cockroach roaming around my room, making me question the hotel's cleanliness standards. The hotel's lack of attention to customer safety and comfort is appalling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The management needs to take serious steps to address these issues and ensure a clean and safe environment for their guests.
