VITS Surat (Kamat Group)

Very bad check in service. I was early was told that I will get room in 1 hour but had to wait till 12.00 to get room. Even after some rooms were geeting checkout from 9.00 am still no one bothered to speed up room cleaning and giving room. Never happened to me till now in many hotels I have stayed. It shows they do not care.

Room not cleaned for 2 days. Fresh water bottle not given unless the room service had to be called daily. Medu wada served for breakfast on 25 Nov was stale.

The hotel is great - affordable rooms and nice services - although my experience with the staff was very bad. From the recpetion i got treated in an inadequate manner. Along with getting disrespected by the ungrateful staff. This could be just a single time event or maybe they are the same with everyone. Anyone who does plan to visit shall keep this in mind.

They are scammers they wil give you best rates when you call them.once you reach they will tell you to sign a confirmation form in that form they will be adding room tariff higher then what they committed you on call .i was a loyal customer from past 2 years but now don't stay over there anymore!!

Hospitality of Staff is appreciable , Taste of Food i.e. Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner is Very Nice. Restaurent Manager with Entire Staff offers Nice Services General Manager of Surat Mrs Neeta takes care of Guests which is highly Appreciated.|In short All Hotel executives and Staff take care or look after Guests Nice way.

The worst hotel experience ever!!!! They took the hotel booking amount twice from us inspite of telling them that we have already paid for our booking. The reception staff is the worst and uncooperative and not literate and very slow. They couldn't check the hotel bank statement. I showed them the confirmation, transaction photo then too they were like we didn't receive any amount from you. I have been following up with the hotel staff since this happened but they are unable to help and couldn't find a solution. They disconnect the call and put you on hold for 15-20 minutes and then they say we didn't have your amount. Worst hotel in surat!!!!! Beware of the scam these people are involved in. Didn't expected this from VITS cooperation. The worst hotel experience ever. Do not book the property.

Rooms and bedding are very neat and tidy. Superb ambience. Rahul and Dinesh are gem of Housekeeping. Nice service. Recommended for a value stay and great experience.

Hospitality of staff is so good.food was so nice.front office manager sudeep Gautam of vits surat take care of guests which is highly appreciable ..... highly recommend for people to stay in hotel . totally satisfied with service . especially the room cleaning staff who are very polite to the guests
