Collection O Ospite Hotel

My room's ac broken, they couldn't fix it. Odd location place is above another hotel. No food service available. Staff behaviour was good.

Am a genuine reviewer. Very bad experience we arrived and they said no booking am sure they would have received The booking by Agoda But they said Full and after Cancelling Agoda they offered The rooms at higher Price . Agoda should Black list This hotel.

Booked a room via Oyo but as usual hotel dint accept due to their problem between them. So had to wait in the mid-night to solve this. So, dont use OYO please. Bed sheets are not that white clean but little discolored. Found a centipede in a bathroom.. and shower is not working properly.

Very very rude behaviour of hotel staff and reception they are not able to talk with client,there are water problem coz hole day water is not there.when we ask for reception then he is very rudely taking.my experience is very sad, they demand for extra money when you booked online from other side option.

Hotel is Good but there is No Cellular Network in this area, Rude Manager, Water Also disappears from the tab in the morning.

One of the best hotel in surat city.. 💯✨ Had an amazing experience there! Stayed for 12 days there.. The staff were also friendly in nature.. Very comfortable and cozy rooms, and that too is so budget friendly.. Totally worth it, from each and every aspect ☮️🤝
