Townhouse Lotus

I had booked 2 rooms for 2 night. When I reached the manager made us wait for 1 hr at the reception. After the wait he says there is only room available and other has some service issue.( They actually sold the rooms offline at higher online price). I had confirmed my booking with the same manager one day before. He asked 4 guests to adjust in a single room. And above that he will charge for 2 rooms. We had already paid 50% advance before two months. His exact words were if you want to stay you stay or do whatever you want to. Disappointed

Very nice location, close to all Textile business. Good for peaceful sleep after the hectic Surat traffic. Hot water bath world's good so does the Air-condition. Parathas with Coffee is a good breakfast.. Full marks for all points..

I had very bad experience myself as well many of community members we all had booked for 6 days and bad expericed booking was done for the grand lotus but after reaching there was no room booked for us and all of them was supposed to go to their another hotel , hotel lotus which is under renovation dirty place corridor, cockroches on bed, side table, washroom after complaining staff helper just kept phynoil balls saying cockroches will go away in half a day I had to change the room 3 times .the stupid supervisor come at late night 12.10 pm to shift myself to another room with whom I was suppose to stay for 6 days .He lied many times .

It was a good experience in Hotel Lotus. I reached at 11 pm, they welcomed me humbly and gave me all the required items. The rooms were smaller for two people, perfect for a single person's stay (2X), and they did not provide any separate soaps and body wash. Moreover, the morning tea was for Rs.25 which is a little expensive as compared to the nearby tea stalls. The phone was not working, so I called using my mobile at the reception. Overall it is a nice place, location is also good. Thank you

Staff's behaviour was not good. I've booked rooms with breakfast included. But next day morning they didn't provided breakfast. On insisting about the additional amount paid for breakfast they brought Poha and tea which they say worth of 150 Rupees I suggest you even if you book a room don't book break fast

I stayed in 2 oyo hotels, One was in Ahmedabad 3 by oyo nami hotel and other one was in Surat The lotus hotel. I am giving 4 star only for 3 by aayo naami restaurant only. The lotus hotel of surat was not good at all. Room cleaning and washrooms were too bad. Only location was good but that is not enough for a family. Please do check your hotels in every quarter or a 6 month so you can give your consumers a good experience.

I booked from agoda app,After reaching there,They refused to provide me room,Asked me extra money for my room.. And told me if you want to complain, Complain on customer care service about it.
