Treebo Grand Lotus

I had a very disappointing stay here. The rooms were extremely small with no proper ventilation, and there was no car parking available which was a big hassle. The breakfast served was not good at all, definitely not worth the money charged. Staff was okay – they were not rude and tried to be helpful, but overall nothing impressive. Honestly, it felt like a total waste of money and I would not recommend staying here.

Worst Experience at Hotel Grand Lotus, Surat I had an extremely disappointing experience during my recent stay at Hotel Grand Lotus in Surat. I had booked the hotel for two days through a phone call handled by Mr. Yogesh from the front office. Upon checking out on 24.04.25 at 8:00 AM, I paid and settled all my bills. However, Mr. Yogesh informed me that the printer wasn't working and he was unable to provide a physical bill. He promised to send the bill via WhatsApp by 11:00 AM and also agreed to send a hard copy by courier, for which I provided my address. I waited, but there was no response until I called again around noon. After repeated follow-ups and corrections, I finally received the soft copy via WhatsApp. However, despite multiple calls—three times daily—he stopped responding and never sent the hard copy of the bill. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. On top of this, the complimentary breakfast was of very poor quality. When I asked the room service staff, I was shocked to learn that the food was sourced from a roadside vendor. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly advise others to avoid Hotel Grand Lotus in Surat.

Not Worth the Money – Avoid Treebo Grand Palace, Surat I had a very disappointing experience at Treebo Grand Palace in Surat, and I would not recommend it. 1. No Elevator – The hotel does not have a lift, so if you’re staying on the third floor, be prepared to walk up and down every time you step out. This is highly inconvenient. 2. Poor Check-in Experience – The staff was not polite during check-in, which set a bad tone for the stay. 3. Dirty Floors – Upon entering the room, I found the floor to be slippery and soapy, as if it had been mopped with oil. This made it feel unhygienic and unsafe. 4. Unsafe Bathroom – The bathroom floor is made of high-gloss granite, which becomes extremely slippery with even a little water. This is a serious safety hazard. 5. Unreliable Wi-Fi – The Wi-Fi barely worked. If you manage to get a connection, consider yourself lucky. 6. No Proper Fan – The room had a fan, but running it at full speed caused a loud noise, making it seem like it might fall at any moment. 7. Late Breakfast – Breakfast service starts late (around 8:30–9:00 AM), which is inconvenient for those with early meetings or travel plans. 8. Unhygienic Bedding – The pillows had dark stains, making it clear they hadn’t been washed in a long time. I had to request replacements. Overall, room cleanliness was poor. I have stayed at other Treebo properties before, and this was far below expectations. I highly recommend looking for a different hotel and avoiding Treebo Grand Palace in Surat.

Treebo Grand Lotus in Surat offers budget-friendly accommodation with a convenient location. The rooms are clean, though on the smaller side. While the price is reasonable, the lack of parking can be a significant drawback. Breakfast options are limited, typically consisting of poha or a sandwich. You may get a complimentary 1 litre water bottle daily, just to add.

Ground Staff, I don't like this, not good behaviour, tolerate respect, No greeting whatever,hospitality services not better, because intercoms not working, only free see, no provide dental kit, for this is compulsory to every person, i never again stay this hotel. Thankyou
