Our stay was extremely pleasant. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was very helpful and delivered whatever we asked for. The breakfast buffet is also really nice. Special thanks to the very kind and helpful receptionist/manager. Highly recommend

We recently visited Surat for wedding shopping and stayed at Hotel Le Grand for one night. Our experience was extremely pleasant and satisfactory. The reception staff was humble and welcoming, and it was impressive to see the owner personally looking after the comfort and facilities of the guests. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained. Breakfast was hygienic and delicious. We were delighted with thoughtful gestures like a complimentary car wash and water bottles provided at checkout. The hotel’s central and convenient location made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend Hotel Le Grand to all my friends and contacts.

We stayed here with family for three days and everything was just amazing. The room was very clean, service was quick and excellent. The best part was breakfast - the options and the taste was spot on. The staff is very cooperative. Totally recommend this for place and would be staying here next time we visit Surat.

Hotel Le Grand, Surat I had an amazing stay at Hotel Le Grand, Surat. Everything about this hotel is perfect—from the clean and comfortable rooms to the exceptional service. Staff here treat you like family—very warm, polite, and always ready to help. Special mention to Mr. Zuber (a genuinely good person) and Mr. Suraj, who was the most helpful during my stay. The room service is excellent and always timely. One of the best I’ve experienced. The breakfast spread is outstanding, with a wide variety that includes: • Poha • Upma • South Indian dishes • Fresh fruit juice • Cornflakes • Bread & butter • Mineral water, Tea , Coffee The reception team is also top-notch, very professional and welcoming. One surprising and amazing touch—they even washed my car without me asking! I highly recommend Hotel Le Grand to anyone visiting Surat. It’s more than a hotel—it feels like home.

Best Stay in Surat. Located at Ring road & accessible to all markets. Rooms were clean & well maintained. Mr Zabeer was so helpful. Room service was good. Breakfast was so good & tasty. Stayed for 3 days & recommending for family & business trips.
