Very bad staff behavior every time.... All time room in bad condition. Receptionist is very un educational behavior.

You will be disappointed. The room we got had a huge step in the middle of the room. We changed and got a room that was full of mold, The tap on the basin was broken and we had to hold it in place when we wanted to use it. The room was not cleaned in ages, after we entered the person said he will sweep it. Under the cabinet it was never swept since inception. And there is an ant infestation in that particular room. Unfortunately I missed clicking photos.

The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Room service is excellent. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most.everyone must visit

It's a very beautiful place for stay. I had wonderful experience. Comfortable for stay and enjoyable time in this hotel. And staff member also nice and helpful.
