Worst experience ever in any hotel. Worst service, worst management, worst location. They never provide the things they have promised. Suggest everyone to never ever think to go with this if you needed some peaceful time.

The staff was great. The receptionists were very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time.

I visited to Surat and stayed in this hotel for few days, they have such a nice place to stay and there room service is really amazing. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning for your stay in Adajan. Everything is very accessible from here.There are so many nice restaurants and cafes around there which makes this place comfortable to stay here as well. Strongly recommend this place!
