Super OYO Flagship Hotel Royal Orbit

Booked via Agoda. Everything about this hotel is great. Service, Rooms, Cleanliness, Aesthetics. I got this room for a very low price i guess, It could have been a value for money even if i paid around 1.2-1.5k.

Worst Experience.. Arrogant and Egoistic staff and owner.. 3 member is not allowed in the room.. Even if you pay extra or book another room.. Only they allowed unmarried couple.. Not good for family...

So I’ve Booked This Hotel Via Oyo At 12.15 AM In The Night, Our Booking Was Confirmed By Oyo. But When We Reached Hotel They Denied To Check In. They Politely Said We Don’t Allot Room At This Much Low Price. I’ve Waited 2 Hours Outside Hotel With 4 Ladies On The Road. Hotel Manager Played Very Politely With Us. I Better Suggest To Don’t Book This Hotel.

Very unfortunate and pathetic experience with OYO booking at this Hotel. The check-in was denied after advance payment to OYO and had to wait for 2.30 hours before we were shifted to new hotel from OYO.

Has worst service....booked hotel from oyo at low cost.....at arrival they gave room only after paying extra amount....which they say is the basic tariff rate...
