Flagship Hotel Luxuria Inn

BEWARE !!!! ALERT How should I start.. It's been a nightmare after reaching the hotel at midnight with accepted booking. My parents who are in Sixties had a confirmed booking at this hotel with partial payment denied the check-in stating the booking amount is not affordable to them. The booking was done through OYO and I am sure they have listed their hotel on the website with particular amount. We felt like we were cheated, and it had affected mentally as well since it was late night and 12kms away from the station. My parents somehow managed to spend a night at his friends place. This has been a worse experience so far. I would suggest ones reading this review to not go ahead with this hotel and find something better. Never know you also fall in the same boat. They denied refunding the booking amount as well. We will fight and try to complain to the police against mental torture my parents went through.

It is a fraud hotel. They dont even have the hotel board name and I have booked through makemytrip and the owner demanded to pay extra amount. I have asked them to give invoice for the extra amount, they told me they would send via email/whatsapp after the invoice generated but they didn't and the rooms are not clean and there is hair, ants everywhere and the bathrooms are not working properly. I had to change three rooms after and all the rooms are same. Also it is not suitable for friends and family to stay. They don't even have the board of hotel name. Beware of such hotels.When I called them for invoice after 2 days they are denying to give it.

Nice feedbacka nd klamsesers givens by oyo is nice . Hotel rooms shown on the oyo webpage is exactly same as that of presence . Customer support is very well when I not able to find the exact loacation keep it up keep going.

Hotel atmosphere is to good all staff are are give our 100% for our cleaning and service and one more things is room is too big and fulley comfortable bed

The most rude, low class service you'll encounter at a hotel. Especially from the ones at the reception. Hard to find the place and sub standard overall.

Great experience with this luxuries hotel and services In budget and feel like luxurious room in hotel Also I like it hotel service and management services staff is good and well cleaned 👍
