OYO Flagship Casa Marina

This hotel is located in a peaceful area of Surat. Not much of crowd. The complex is sorta abandoned with minimal crowd. Staff is nice and service is average. 1. 2 rooms- 405 and 406 are bigger than average. 2. Rooms are maintained nicely. 3. Highly couple-friendly hotel. 4. Wifi is available. Cons: 1. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. 2. All the toiletries were not provided. 3. Since it is more of couple preferred hotel, some amenities and facilities might be degraded. Hotel staff isn't paying much attention to replace or repair those. (Ex bedsheet)

Just poorest experiance i got when i stayed here… There is worst facility, Worst services.. Staff dont have manners to talk to customers and highly dissatisfied with overall stay at this poorest hotel.

The hotel is very good, but the area around it is developing now so, there are some problems for primary items. Second one is transportation problem in this area Around the hotel atmosphere it's too good

Everything is broken and washroom is very unhygienic Walls have silan Lights/exhaust fan are not working Ceiling fan is not provided Included breakfast was provided Staff is good+Tea is awesome Its running only because of its prime location

The room is not actually clean. Management staff is totally worse. Online hotels and room Booking companies must check all services by third parties hotels
