GOLD PALACE INN SURAT

Very neat and clean rooms and well maintained, suggested for family stays also..staff are very friendly specially Mr. Nikhil & Harshu from the front office are very gentle and friendly and eager to help their guests. Over all the stay was very good.

There is no facility of generator or inverter in this hotel I had to wake up early at 6 in the morning but the power was cut n after paying ₹1260 I had to spend all night sweating like this... Using the menu card as fan... This is called fooling the customers. My experience is very bad even 1 star is too much. Worst hotel in my entire life till now. I was surprised that a hotel has no facility like this.

"I recently stayed at hotel gold palace inn for 5 days, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the front desk staff being exceptionally friendly and accommodating. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering a fantastic view of the garden, road side balconies city skyline.

Location is subjective, as it was far from the city for me. But for those who want an option in that area the location is quite decent. Else, rooms are clean and staff are very courteous.
