Hotel Leo Palace | Couple friendly Hotel in Adajan

Extremely poor service, we were charged double the amount stating that the price seen online will not be honoured. Were told that rooms that they allot are better than the one's given to OYO so booked it since we had 2 pets traveling. The room smelled of smoke and was not cleaned properly. When we called to say that we'll be checking in at 7 pm instead of 9pm the guy at the reception has the audacity to say that early check in charges will be applicable even though we were checking in quite later than their actual check in time started on the website. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

If you have a low budget & you want a good room, this is the best place. Surprisingly we got the corner room & the view was awesome. Room was super clean & all the things were upto mark.

Very bad service when I reached they ask me double money for stay as I told them I already booked online and pay for it but they said online money is not vailed here if you want to stay you have to pay when I go out and ask them for my Adharcard zerox they told we have destroyed it but it was there on table I destroyed it on my eye, so keep ready for be cheat by them and please keep your documents security there they are lier and cheater

Worst hotel… i have ever visited… they charging double money.. i book hotel in 1000 rs but they charge me 1900 saying that online is not shown us in our system… cheatersssssss worst hotel….
