Hotel Orange International

I recently stayed at Hotel Orange International in Surat, and I had a fantastic experience! The hotel's location near the railway station was convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, and the entire hotel premises were neat and clean. The staff were extremely polite, humble, and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The food was delicious, and we appreciated the attention to taste and hygiene. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and everything was consistently good. I would highly recommend Hotel Orange International to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Surat. The combination of cleanliness, friendly staff, and good food makes it an excellent choice.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Orange! The hygiene was absolutely excellent — everything was spotless and well-maintained. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. You can tell they really care about quality and guest comfort. Highly recommended for a clean and satisfying experience!

I stayed here since last 5 Years and everytime i am more than happy and would like to stay here again N again. Mr. Alam at reception is very helpful in all aspects and ever ready to help us for anything. Room Service is very fast and Dine in Room menu is super saver with mouth watering taste. Breakfast was also perfect and many items are there. Location is perfect too and Parking facility is very good. All staff from security guard to Manager has customer friendly approach. There are 3 hotels in row, De Glance, Orange and Sifat and we stayed in all 3 at different different time but Orange International is our favorite due to their well manners Staff, Room Service and Cleanliness.

What a hotel in Surat City & extremely close to Surat Railway Station approximately 50 meters away. Nice Rooms, clean environment, nicely behaving staff & front office, Reception. Rooms are quite spacious, clean, beds are well organized, towels, shampoo, soap & other necessary items found in washroom. Enterence of this hotel is very appealing, lighting in the room is perfect, Tea/coffee with hot water provision is provided. TV & Ac is working absolutely fine. Cupboard is placed at right location. Overall Rooms features are amazing.

Very good stay... they have a very good restaurant with nominal prices... taste was very good... its near railway station... evening snacks options are more... enjoyed the stay...

The room they offered to me was good with 1 Queen size and 1 single bed was there. Near Surat railway station. The food was good, they only had vegetarian options If you need non-vegetarian food you have outside options available i.e. hotels and street food. They have walking space on 5th floor. Staff is friendly Overall the stay was good.

The rooms are neat and clean also tidy, but only narrow mindedness that i came across was during check in wherein i had booked the room for myself under my name and my spouse accompanied me, the hotel reception staff insisted upon an Id carrying spouse name,, though i had traveled all the way for a court hearing and indeed was very tired after an exhaustive drive all the way to surat, i had other ids with me ofcourse in my maiden name and spouse alao had several id proofs of hia name,, the reception guys questioned me if i did not change my name after narriage, to hav the same on any id proof,, pathetic,, which century are they living in,, now are they there to investigate about people marriage proofs by also reaching the govt firums issuing such certificates or they shall also ring up the marriage reception hall to verify if indeed the couple checking in had got married there and had a reception thrown there at the hall. Luckily my spouse had our driving license which was made subsequent to the marriage to show them and prove the reception persons,, not the court of law,, not the govt authorities, but the so called moral police,, the reception guys that we are indeed married couple and they ought not indulge in shaming people during check ins by getting way too personal. If the hotel indeed wants to continue being international and wants huests to actually visit it from across the world,, they must first instill the basic mannerisms in their staffs about ones choices and preferences if they want to change name post marriage or not and not jump to conclusions by being so called hypocrite moral police.

The way of talking was worse I was booking the room online through application. The manager sitting at the reception he was very rude while talking. He told me not to book online because the service we will not provide you. Even he told me to give some cash so that he can give me a good discount
