My friends and I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. I had a meet up on 10th march , so we checked in on 8th at 9.15 am on special request because we reached Surat at 8.55 am .I said on the phone take extra money but we need to check in as we will reach and we will check out on 11 th in the evening 4.30 pm.as we were ladies our train was 5.15 pm, On request Dubey ji agreed. The room was on 4 th floor with 3 single beds but it was attached. With Ac & wifi neat and clean washrooms. They had a comb breakfast or you check the Menu card and order. The only tea was very sweet on the first day it was my mistake I didn't tell to put less sugar than without the sugar we had. We used to ask the staff to get Dhokla, fafda,Jalebi, from down they used to get it . It was yummy. Night time opposite the road Mohan Restaurant is there I used to give orders there on the phone we needed to pick but we used to give the hotel boy Mohammed tip he used to get it payment I used to pay online. We all three enjoyed our stay here. It's just 5 minutes away liked it It's easily seen from the road. The entrance is not accessible♿ But they have a lift. Highly recommend their name.

Really overpriced hotel, the rooms are small with respect to the price they charge with dirty sheets and pillow covers. Both the rooms and the food if you order room service are really expensive, i had to pay ₹253 for just 4-5 cups of tea. The only good part is the accessibility of Surat railway station from this so called hotel. I would recommend not to stay at this place and rather check out some other options as there are plenty around!

Not worth to stay base on price they charge. No hot water and rooms very small and food price is very high. Guest are not allowed after 10 pm and each guest entry has to be registerd for your safety. Convinence locetion from railway station and bus depo at Surat.

Good experience. The staff are very cooperative, proximity to Surat Railway station, hardly 2 mins walking distance, Food is a bit expensive, but outside cheap options available. The rooms are good, but the mosquito problem is there. Overall I had a good experience being a solo traveller

Ver Bad Hotel In Surat I Have everseen near surat Railway Station ,infrastructure is good,But Senior Staff Behaviour Are not Good,they "treat like you god but when you checkin & after this they haras you for advance payments daily morning evening, SO DON'T OPT THIS HOTEL FOR STAY I YOU WANT GOOD RELAX OR THEY HAVE NO BREKFAST OR LUNCH DINNER.

The responce from reception was really poor . Parking isshues The worst part about the hotel was the lift... Only 1 slowest lift i have ever came accross..along with that there is only one lift .. guest had to wait for almost 15 min coz of weight restrictions.. if there are more then 3 people... its better to make any other way for going upstairs... Highly disappointed.. I would not recommend others very slow services and yes .. If u cant put water in water cooler....so plz dont keep it in reception ..
